I want to be brave enough to want to be her when I grow up

Unread post by Marisa Goudy » Sat Jul 25, 2015 12:30 pm

This post lit up my Facebook feed last week. I skimmed it and realized it was a rallying call for women twenty years or more older than my tender(ish) 36.

I finally made time for it today and I realize it's for every woman.

It's fierce. It's profane. It's sacred. And it's penned by a woman I recognize from my G+ stream but never knew was a lioness.

Give Holly Smith-Berry a few minutes of your wildly precious time, no matter what it says on your biological clock.

Omgoodness! What a fantastic call!

How do you have such great eyes, Marisa?

Thank you (X infinity) for spotting and sharing this.

All I can say is "Wow!"

Ok, this was really good.
It's fierce. It's profane. It's sacred.
You weren't kidding!
