I've been drinking straight black coffee for YEARS! I don;t mind a little creamer, but noooooo sugar for me. Not in my coffee anyway.

I like a little coffee with my cream and sugar which is exactly why I had to cut it out. Lol! :D

Ok, I have not worked out at all this week. Not once. This has been a struggle to get motivated this week. Time to get back on track.

I haven't worked out either... and my husband's estranged daughter is here for the weekend. Can you say stress?

It's OK really, but there's the elephant in the room.

AND, my hubby brought home take n bake pizza for dinner. I do believe I will indulge even though I am days into my Whoe30. :P

It's gonna be ok! You'll make it through the weekend.

And we'll both get back track asap!

Ultimately, I made it through 14 days and I am proud of myself for that. Budget has seriously curtailed the CLEAN eating, but I have not gone back to soda.

I need to get back onto my exercise routine!

Ya! Good job! I'm still eating really clean. My workouts have slacked off. I need to cut back my working hours and put my workouts back on my calendar and make them a priority.

It's been awhile and I totally fell off the wagon. Well, sorta fell off the wagon. After having to suddenly move home to take care of my mom, I decided to get back on the wagon and start working out again. Weight is coming off and I am feeling great! I've been working out consistently since mid-March and I am on a roll.

Summer is coming and I want to be ready for it! What are you doing this year to make healthier decisions?

Today I did a body scan called "In Body". It test everything... BMR, Skeletal Muscle Mass, Body Fat Mass and more...all in pounds and percentages. I wasn't surprised by the results because I know how far off I am from where I should be. I did the test though so I could have a baseline to start from. I've lost 10 pounds in the last 6 weeks and my goals is to lose 40 more by the end of September. That is 8lbs a month which is totally reasonable.

I also got a fat burner and some other supplements to help me shed this weight, BUT they are not full of garbarge chemicals. I like that they are mostly plant based. I'm going to see how my first month on supp's go and decide if I want to stay on them or not.

Last night I worked out with a friend who is training to be an IFBB Fitness Competitor. Working out with her is going to step my workout game up to a whole new level!
