I have a couple of corsets and they are not fun for long at all. They're HOT, but uncomfortable as sin!

Either way, I'm better the girdle wearers were relieved not to be in corsets. Outlander series fanatic that I am, I always note how horribly restrictive all those undergarments seem to be!

"2016" - that seems both terribly far away and rather general. So help me if they wait til September... There's only so often an English major who already gets too little sleep should re-read the same books to quell her Droutlander cravings. (I try to quit and then I realize it the only way to turn my brain off at the end of the day.)

I don't watch Outlander but oh so appreciate beautiful victorian type fashion.

I like the Yummie Tummie brand of shapers. They are very soft and comfortable. I guess if a shaper can be comfortable

I've started reading the series again too, Marisa. It might be one of my favs. I am waiting for book 9 to come out!

Jess, they did have beautiful fashion. I am glad though that we don't have to get all tied up in knots in our fashion these days though.
