IOT Company Founder and Mummy of Three

Unread post by Kirstin Hancock » Wed Jun 24, 2015 1:08 pm

The internet of things, wearable technologies and appcessories are currently amongst the hottest tech topics that I love. There is a constant stream of great and innovative devices in these areas as well as some which are more interesting than truly practical. My company, Blue Maestro, is developing a range of products in this area. Our products all have a unique design edge and have been designed to be truly practical. Our first was released in December 2013 and is a Bluetooth Smart thermometer, hydrometer and barometer which is compatible with iOS and Android and has a design unlike any environmental monitoring device ever seen.

My perspective of life has been created from the experiences I have had travelling around the world and from my upbringing in a large family. I taught firstly in NZ and then in Inner City London schools for fifteen years. I loved teaching, crafting individuals to be responsible individuals who think for themselves and make informed decisions.

As well as building a successful business, I am mummy to three small very active girls.

Kirstin, you are like Super Woman!

I do hope you get to come to CES this year...CES is one of the places I would consider worthy enough to put on pants and go to. We went a few years ago and it was AMAZING! Glad you all got to go and show off your GREAT (creative, inventive and genius) products!

I watch YouTube videos.
