Make hay while the sun shines!

Unread post by Kirstin Hancock » Wed Nov 25, 2015 9:38 am

This is an old saying. What does it mean to you?

If you make hay while the sun shines, it means that you take advantage of the chance to do something while conditions are good. In other words, you make good use of your time or make the most of an opportunity while you have the chance.

How do you 'seize the day?'

It means the same to me! It's definitely an old school saying. I remember my parents saying it over the years when I was a kid. Seize the day for sure!

When an opportunity comes, you've gotta run with it!
